Breast Implant and Augmentation Photo Gallery

Breast size is relative to the height, weight, and frame of the woman. What bra cup size she wears will depend on the width of the breast, the volume and shape, the bra style and manufacturer. I have grouped these photos for the purpose of showing breast enlargements in the small, medium or typical, and large size ranges.

All of the following photos show examples of breast augmentations using periareolar or infra mammary incisions, and saline implants with placement beneath the pectoral muscle.

These photos are primarily with saline implants. Dr. Sardo has extensive experience in saline and silicone implants in primary augmentation and in breast reconstruction. Silicone and saline implants will have the same appearance, however silicone implants will potentially feel more natural, last longer, and have less risk of feeling the implant and showing rippling. Dr. Sardo also specializes in revisional surgery, replacing implants over 10 years old, correction of capsular contracture or asymmetry.
