About the Center for Beauty Staff
Carolyn Cooper, MD, Staff Anesthesiologist
Dr Cooper trained at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and has been practicing anesthesia in San Diego since 1976. She specializes in ambulatory surgery anesthetic techniques and helps oversee quality assurance at our facility. Her primary concern is your safety and comfort. Dr. Cooper is a member of the Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia and the Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation.
Cindi MacAskill, Patient Coordinator
Cindi has over 20 years of experience in all facets of the medical office. She is primarily responsible for surgery scheduling and assuring that things proceed smoothly and comfortably from first consultation through your postoperative visits. She will also assist you in any financial matters.
Diane Sirota, CMA
Diane is our Certified Medical Assistant. She has worked
in the Plastic Surgery and Dermatology field since 1988. She has been Dr.
Sardo's clinical assistant since 1992. She is in charge of pre and
post-operative patient education and office minor procedures. She also
manages the research protocols, implants and injectables.
Alane Golembieski, RN
Alane is our Operating Room supervisor. She has specialized in the plastic surgery field for over 20 years. Her superlative nursing skills combined with a gentle, caring nature will ensure a pleasant surgical experience for you.
Tracy Hoss, ORT
Tracy is our surgical technician and also assists in the clinic. Her
expertise is in plastic surgery. Her responsibilities include preparing and
maintaining specific medical equipment for our surgical procedures. She
follows the best industry operating standards to tend to our pre- and
post-operative patients. Tracy is a graduate of an accredited surgical
technology program and has 10 years training in several of the top trauma
hospitals in California. She has additional experience on neurosurgery
teams and is AO certified in orthopaedic trauma surgery. She originates
from Palatine, IL outside of Chicago.
Tina Mull, ORT
Tina is our Certified Operating Room Technician/Certified Surgical First Assistant. She graduated from the School of Healthcare Sciences, Wichita Falls, TX in 1985, and has been specializing in Plastic Surgery for 20 years. She periodically serves as Hospital Superintendent for the Air Force.
